Hello everyone! I am back from my short hiatus, and I am so proud to bring to you one of my new mods-- Scott Outpost NPC Mod Project! This one is quite a big mod, replacing almost every single male in the Scott Outpost area :3 This also includes LOD Models, aside from a specific npc that causes some problems when the mod is loaded from far away, so I removed that one. Anyway, I hope you all would enjoy this!

Cheers erupted from the small outpost, scientists and soldiers clapping in celebration. They all have been enforced to wear uncomfortable clothing that covered their entire body, leaving them hot and sweaty every day. They decided to group up and make a formal complaint about their situation, and it led to a wonderful result--a lift of the clothing requirement.

And so everyone got wild with their clothing, every day new style, until... it reached to our current state.
