Beef Update

I'm currently working through the shipping and packaging process for the beef. As you can imagine I have everything to do on the farm, keep up the youtube/facebook/instagram and all the rest plus building out the beef sales portion of my website...it's a handful. I'm testing boxes right now and hopefully by the middle of august I'll be able to nail down a source for dry ice, boxes and insulated bags. Thanks for being patient...I'll keep ya updated as soon as anything happens...you won't miss it ...so don't worry about missing the chance to buy. I'll have over 2000lbs available to start and Patreon Co-op folks like yourself will get first dibs.
Once I've nailed down shipping, and the sales site.....I'll put together various packages for ya with multiple cuts of beef. Each shipment will be around 12 lbs to maximize our shipping $$$. All the various cuts will be shown to ya on the website....so hang tight. I know we'll have a lot of awesome grass fed/finished ground beef, hamburgers, NY Strip, Ribeye, T-Bone, Chorizo, Meatloaf, Salisbury Steak, Stew Beef, Beef Tips, Roasts and more!
We're finishing up some fencing this week....nearly adding 1/3 more pasture to the operation! A monumental project that's costing over $40k. The outdoor kitchen goes up next week....and I travel to Minnesota to Toro and Floe Trailers and Docks mid August! Crazy busy.....but rest assured you guys are priority!
