Updates...We've got beef!! Almost ready to ship!

Just to let ya know, I've processed 3 beefs and I've got around 2,000 lbs of farm fresh beef right now. I'm working through the packaging, boxing, sales info, price sheets and more right now. It's gonna take me a few weeks to get it all nailed down with dry ice, bags and more!
