Also a good guess, for the reasons listed! Everything on the cover will show up at some point or another (though Eula's outfit might get revamped & tweaked before it appears), so there's a few more items it could be :>

2026-01-24 18:26:08 +0000 UTCOk so the leading theory seems to be that it’s a butt plug in the box and while that does seem reasonable, I’m gonna go out on a limb and say ball gag since it was featured in the cover, is something we know they bought in preparation for this trip, and is a pretty “mouth-related” relic that makes sense as a punishment for losing this kind of duel.
