Forgetting Compulsions (Hypnokink / Memory Play)

Kasey grunted as a bead of sweat ran down her cheek.

“Fuck..! I can’t focus,” she muttered between labored breaths. The clang of the weights reverberated throughout the room as she let them snap back into place on the leg press.

The action was frowned upon as it was obnoxiously loud and could very easily damage the machine, but Kasey didn’t care. She was focused entirely on her frustration at herself.

She came to the gym all the time; At least three times a week. Working out was second nature to her, and how she blew off steam after a stressful day. So why was she having so much trouble today?! She was just getting warmed up, but something felt… wrong.

Like she was forgetting something. Like she needed to DO something. Kasey tried to ignore the feeling when she arrived; hoping the feeling would either subside or she’d remember whatever seemingly important thing she was supposed to be doing. But it didn’t.

The nagging feeling in the back of her head spread, like an itch she couldn’t scratch. Kasey found herself fidgeting in her seat - Unable to get comfortable. Constantly tapping her feet & shaking her legs. Subconsciously moving as if she’d had the worst ADHD of her life. And it was affecting her workout - Badly.

Kasey couldn’t finish a set without shaking, adjusting, or reorienting, and it was REALLY starting to piss her off. She knew she had so much steam left in the tank, but her body was fighting her happy escape at every turn.

Kasey sighed and put her head between her hands as she finally accepted what her body had been trying to tell her: ‘Go home.’

Kasey thought about changing when the itch came back in full force. It seemed a Herculean effort to go get changed when she could just go home instead. The thought of just heading straight home quelling the rebellious spasms that threatened her if she went to the changing room.

“Fuck it… it’s not like these are dirty anyway,” she thought as she grabbed her things and headed towards the door. “I just want to go home and be finished with today.”

As she drove, Kasey noticed how she didn’t seem to itch, twitch, or fidget while making her way home. But the moment her thoughts turned to turning around or making a stop, the sensations crept back into being. Like they were shepherding her to where she needed to be. Kasey squirmed at the thought of being herded like an animal, but settled at idea of going home because it was what she wanted.

When she pulled into her driveway, a wave of relief washed over her. She was home, and she felt calm. At ease. Relaxed.

Kasey got out of the car, shut her door, and looked to the backseat to see her gym bag.

“I should probably bring it inside,” she thought. But no sooner had the thought crossed her mind, she felt her leg spasm.

‘No. Inside.’

“Yeah, I’ll just get it tomorrow,” she rationalized as she turned on her heel and made her way inside. “I’m tired anyway.”

Kasey felt as though she was moving in slow motion; through a mire where she was being pulled through muck on a taught fishing line. Being pulled to ‘where she needed to be.’

“But I don’t NEED to be anywhere right now,” she thought. “I can relax in a nice hot shower and head to bed early.”

Kasey walked with a mechanical haste; A practiced motion as she glided down the hall. Her muscle memory carrying her as she noticed her legs had passed the bathroom and proceeded towards her bedroom.

“I… I guess I do need fresh clothes anyway,” she told herself. Not wanting to believe something was amiss, or perhaps not able to?

Yet as the very idea of a lack of control entered her mind, it just as quickly & easily slipped back out. It was perfectly reasonable to go to her bedroom first, after all!

Kasey looked towards her closet upon entering her room, but didn’t approach it. Her legs instead continued to carry her forward toward her desk - toward her computer.

“What? Why am I-”

The thought dissipated.

“I guess I could just browse YouTube for a bit.”

Kasey’s hand grabbed the mouse, but cursor passed by her internet browser; Instead opting for opening Discord.

“Shit..! Why did just open-”

‘Forget.’

“I guess I can browse the Discord channel memes.”

Her hand passed the channel and headed directly for her friends list.

“What the..?”

But Kasey didn’t have anymore time to think.

To remember.

To do anything.

She saw his name.

And static filled her mind.

Kasey slumped into her chair as her mind fully submitted to its triggers, and he spoke.

“Wow..! You’re late again, pet. I’ll have to intensify that compulsion again.”

Kasey mindlessly stared as the static fried her mind. Shed heard every word, but she couldn’t comprehend, let alone remember what would be said. She just sat there. Mouth hanging open as a trail of drool trickled its way down her chin; staring forward mindlessly.

He continued.

“That’s it dear~

So mindless…

So blank…

As you find yourself slipping deeper..!
