Patch update and bug fixed Whispers of Desire: Misaki's Patch v.0.1.3update

This is a new patch for version v0.1.3. It includes bug fixes and adds new content to the beginning of Ryo's route. I released this update to fix a bug. Since a bug fix alone felt too small and this version has less content, I also included new content at the start of Ryo's route for those who want to get a head start on the story.

Otabe's character image was incorrectly displayed during his call with Kohei.
The gallery scene was unlocked incorrectly, despite not being visible during gameplay.
