Ayyy! The first finished commission since my injury, gotta say it feels really good to be making tangible progress. Gonna focus on keepin' it steady, no pulling long-ass days again for a while =w=

This is a sketch for MisterLol of their character hangin' out downtown, waving to a passing micro! I'm not the /biggest/ into macro, heh, but I love drawing it and admire the raw skill that a lot of macro-centric artists have. The sheer perspective oml

Anyway, this'll be put up on my public galleries tomorrow morning. I know I say maintaining parity is important but I don't think it has to be literally the same time lol
I prioritize posting at peak traffic on Twitter, but here I think I'd rather put things up the moment they're done esp. if it's just the difference of a day.

Last thing-- are these flat sketches too blue?? My intent was to keep things from looking too dull- as much as I love stark black inks I also dig breathing some color in there when I can. I really only see the blue-ness on a white background but it's no skin off my back to switch it up from now on if it's too jarring for folks. I'm probably overthinking it- I'm always uncertain with settling on a "presentable sketch style," I feel like my definition of that has changed like a dozen times over by now lmao
