Huh, I wasn't even aware of this rule change until now. Apparently it's not a law, just a change in pixiv policy that they implemented because credit card companies insisted. It seems only apply to *paid* pixiv content (paid requests/fanbox), so everything should still be okay on your main pixiv page for now. Any /ss/ stuff on fanbox might end up getting hidden though.
