How many pages do you plan your comics to be? Do you just write them as you go?

Sorry. >w< I'm a loremaster and question wizard. I spent an entire hour thinking of most of those.

Yes

Could you eventually do a quick speed drawing video of a sexy Milo pinup, so we can kind of see your process?

When creating a comic, do you start with a storyline or a character idea/design, or something else entirely???

ADDENDUM CUBE WARNING! I went ahead and asked around if anyone else had questions relevant to this line of inquiry, so here's an additional list of questions: Do you construct art for or around your word/speech bubbles? About the dividers between your panels ("gutters"), when do you break them? How are brevity, wit, and sloth intertwined for an effective delivery? When you're working in a hard pagecount limit, could you offer some tips in how to keep within that limit? How much detail do you tend towards, before you finally decide that if you worked more, it'd be insurmountable? How much effort should you put into maintaining the visual consistency of backgrounds? Do readers care? On the matter of emotion, do you have any tips regarding capturing it via lighting? When it comes to perspective, how do you prefer to push it?
Back two questions; an additional thought, on character designs, color palettes and how lighting intertwines between them all? How do you keep your work consistent between pages or even across multiple followups?

I'd like to get a short walk-through on your process from ideation to storyboard to complete comic! Itd also be nice to know what happens to the comics that don't make the cut along the way. πŸ˜πŸ€”

Do you write ahead? If so, how far? Do you like to let the audience push little things? Do the comics work to arouse you too? How much worldbuilding/background details do you have in mind? Which comic have you enjoyed creating the most? How much do you reference visually/posewise? Do you prefer longform comics with an actual story arc, or just a shorter "let's stuff a butt" comics? (I like the ones with potential for ROMANTIC MUSH) Is there a reason you prefer the panel format you use over others? Is there a particular work or works that have largely influenced your comic making? Have you ever experimented with more experimental formats such as RTL or odd sequence? Given the chance and legal clearance, is there a character you would love to have as a cameo in your works? Have you ever developed feelings/a crush/gotten slightly too into any of your characters? How vividly do the comics play out in your mind? Do they animate? Have you ever dreamt of your comics? You've covered a fair spread of settings (sci-fi, modern, medieval/fantasy), but is there one you want to cover in the future? How does it feel when you get fanart/fan writings/fanmail about your comics? Do you have any recommendations for creating a good working atmosphere and staying focused? Given that you've been working on comics for the greater part of a decade, do you have any specific advise? From the post where you mentioned your workstation setup, has anything changed? And if so, what and why? Do you take animal traits and characteristics into consideration when developing a story or character? You include hints and traits that could be likened to nationality. Such as Keiran being "Keiran Tracey" a green eyed sheep. A Celtic name, with Celtic attributes. Are such traits purposeful and if so, are they also relevant to the story and character? Is Keiran supposed to have a sexy accent? Why the schedule you've chosen in particular/how do you keep a schedule?

-maintaining a consistent palette -panel pacing -lewd act pacing -how you decide the climax pose -how you add interest to the non-lewd parts

I say go for it. I'ld be curious to know how you stay perpetually on top of your game.
