Going back to 2 raffle winners a month and new tier!

Also I'm trying a tiered art reward, I used to do some simple single character pieces but then it got hard to keep track of the numbers but with this new system no matter when you sign up you get something at the end of the month, then refresh and restart the process next month, feel free to check it out~ :3
