2024-11-12 23:48:13 +0000 UTCAm using a iPhone12 that’s my device, and also am using a compatible app and it’s still not showing anything it’s saying not supported, I tried in the mega app to downloaded off-line mode and nothing I click the file like regular in the app and nothing, I took a picture but I don’t think patron app could send pictures. First time it done this your other old videos worked just fine but for some odd reason the new one you posted it’s not, technology you gotta love it, right lol 😂😔

If you downloaded the video you will need some type of video player to view it, for example VLC player. If you are on a mobile device I might recommend using the MEGA app to try to view it.
