masturbating doesn't make someone a "degenerate", though. It's just what happens when someone is horny, but, for whatever the reason, has no real world sexual partner. It is often an important aspect of one's health, even. That being said, I guess the fact that she said it on the public internet and didn't mind openly telling everyone is the important part here?
