YO FOLKS!

I give up.

For whatever reason, I got like, a huge boner for keeping everything to my chest with this game. And like, for some stuff, I get it. BUT, for a bunch of other stuff? Nah. I dunno. I'm just bored of not talking about stuff lmao.

So! With that out of the way, I wanna share with y'all some assets for a game feature we're gonna add eventually.

It'll be a while before this stuff is added, but I needed to pivot toward these features/minigames so patreon/visiting critters could be involved with these if that's what they wanted.

SO FIRST TO SHOW!

FISHING!

That's right! TFOL is gonna join the ranks of games with fishing! But I'm happy to announce that I wasn't gonna do this UNTIL I CAME UP WITH A FUN UNIQUE FISHING MINIGAME.

I won't get into it too much just yet since gameplay stuff might change, but here's some key differences to our game!

• This isn't normal fishing. We don't catch fish with a hook. No no, fish are our friends. We use SEX TOYS to "hook" our fish!

• Equipment! Just a few different options for reel, bait, string, rod, stuff like that. With lateral upgrades. Ones that spec quicker/higher risk/reward play. And ones that spec in slower/less score.

• You will always catch a fish.

• You will not sit and wait for a fish to "bite"

• The gameplay will be in how you "attract" the fish! But I'm not gonna reveal that just yet. Just know it's unique, fun, and rewards your skill! (at least, I'm pretty sure. It's all conceptual, but it sound good)

That's it!

This is one of several minigames/features that'll be included in TFOL. These games are meant to build upon each other, and aid to the collect-a-thon spirit for TFOL! The rarest fish will have unique character fish with their own sex scenes :>

I'm hella stoked for all this, but we're pretty far away from it. Again, it's important for the permanent/visiting critters to know what we have planned, so we can start simultaneously working on their stories, while putting out these features. Those folks will see a bit more indepth information so they can decide if they want to mess with any of that for their involvement.

I'll share another future feature next time.

Till then, keep an eye out for the next build! It's almost ready! Oh, and the last voted 3D animation should be here soon. I wanna try to do a fluids animation pass with it, but the "dry" version is good to go! Well, after a re-render. But yeah!

On Vixel's side he's been prepping the build! It's got a lot of stuff that touches older code, but it's gettin' there!
