I would prefer shorter more frequent stories. I don't mind as long as the story is good with the essence of impersonation, disguise, deception, plot twists etc.. I think that's more important than the quality or the number of slides.

And concerning the image, maybe it is a meeting where everyone have to put a special skinsuit. It can be a meeting from a college or from a cult (it is very dark, but not threatening so I don't really know)
