The recent situation

I would like to provide you with an update on my recent physical condition.
About three weeks ago, I moved to a new place and visited a nearby psychiatric clinic to obtain my regular prescription medications.
However, the doctor reduced the dosage of my antidepressants and sleep aids, which has made it difficult for me to fall asleep.
In the past few days, I have been unable to sleep at all, resulting in a decline in my mental state and difficulties in my creative endeavors.
Today, with the help of a friend, I found another clinic. Fortunately, this clinic did not refuse to prescribe medication to me just because I had previously obtained medication from another clinic.
At the new clinic, the doctor confirmed that my medications had indeed been reduced, which may be the cause of my sleep problems.
They have prescribed me new medications for a week and advised me to prioritize sleep and take care of my overall health.
Although I truly wish to complete my work and share it with all of you, I now need to prioritize getting sufficient rest.
I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused, and once I have adjusted my physical condition, I will return to my creative work as soon as possible.
