Site migration and known bugs

We've migrated the site to a its new webserver successfully. There are a few known issues which have emerged since the migration which we're looking into fixes for:
- connecting to Patreon
- the site sending emails
- issues with generating the map for some farms leading to internal server errors
We'll be pushing fixes for these as soon as we can! If you encounter any other issues please let us know in the comments or via a direct message, or via email to laukei@upload.farm or sketchy@upload.farm.
