Chapter 1080 Robert’S Pleading

Robert knew that his relationship with Su Luo wasn’t as close as Hagen’s, but he still couldn’t hide the admiration in his heart.

With a firm and sincere expression, he walked over to Su Luo.

"Su Luo, do you know how much I value you?" Robert looked at him seriously, expressing his respect and recognition.

Su Luo smiled and replied, "Thank you for your recognition, Robert. We’re a team, and everyone plays an important role."

Robert hesitated for a moment before continuing, "Actually, I’ve always had a request. After this game, I’d like to exchange jerseys with you — as a souvenir." He looked at Su Luo with hopeful eyes.

Su Luo smiled but, after a moment, gently declined.
"I’m sorry, Robert. I really cherish this jersey. It represents our spirit and the honor we fight for on the field. But if you’d like something else as a keepsake, I’ll definitely consider it."

Robert understood and accepted Su Luo’s response with a smile. He patted Su Luo’s shoulder.
"It’s okay, I understand. I just thought exchanging jerseys with you would be a great memory."

At that moment, Hagen walked over, having overheard their conversation.

With a grin, he joined in.
"Robert, Su Luo is an indispensable part of this team — we need him to stay."

Robert looked at Hagen in surprise.
"What do you mean? I’m not asking him to leave for another big club!"

Hagen looked at him seriously.
"Because Su Luo is one of the core players and the true leader of this team. Without him, Dortmund wouldn’t have achieved what we have today. We need him here — to keep leading us forward."

Robert fell silent for a while, then nodded in understanding.
"Alright, since both of you feel that way, I’ll leave it at that."

He turned and walked back to chat with some of the other teammates.

Su Luo looked at Hagen gratefully.
"Hagen, thank you for your support and faith in me. I really cherish my time here in Dortmund. This place has become my home. I’ll keep working hard to grow and bring more glory to the team."

Hagen smiled and patted Su Luo’s shoulder.
"You deserve all our trust and expectations. No matter what difficulties we face, we’ll face them together. Dortmund is your home."

The surrounding teammates joined in, clapping and laughing, showing their support and congratulations for Su Luo.

The atmosphere on the field was cheerful and full of energy. Later, Su Luo sat quietly on the bench in the locker room, enjoying a rare moment of peace.

He was exhausted and needed some time to rest and recover his strength.

After talking with Robert and Hagen, he realized more than ever how vital unity and teamwork were to their success. That thought alone filled him with satisfaction.

Just then, Hagen entered the locker room and walked straight to Su Luo, sitting down beside him. His eyes showed genuine concern.

"How are you feeling after the match?" Hagen asked.

Su Luo smiled.
"I’m fine, just a little tired. Thank you for checking on me."

Hagen nodded.
"Judging by your performance out there, we don’t have to worry about anything. You were brilliant today."

Su Luo looked at him gratefully.
"Hagen, I really treasure our friendship — and your support. I’m so lucky to have such a reliable teammate like you."
