Su Luo gritted his teeth and nodded.
"I know, but I can’t just rely on myself. I need our whole team to work together." He turned back and saw Hummels standing at the door, watching them.
Hummels walked over with a smile. "Su Luo, Reus, I just watched the match footage. The cooperation between you two is perfect. But don’t forget, this isn’t just a battle between the two of you—we are a team. We win this together."
Both Su Luo and Reus felt the weight of his encouragement.
"You’re right, Hummels. We’ll definitely give it everything," Su Luo said, his eyes flashing with determination.
Reus clenched his fists. "Let’s show our opponents our strength! They won’t be able to keep up with us."
Hummels nodded confidently. "Yes. I believe you can be the key figures in this match. Now go—get ready! Step on that pitch and show your strongest side!"
Su Luo stood in the center of the Mercedes-Benz Arena in Stuttgart.
The green pitch stretched beneath him, solid and reassuring under his boots.
Reus and Hummels stood at his sides, while Sven Ulreich waited calmly in goal for Stuttgart.
The whole Dortmund team felt the leadership and confidence radiating from Su Luo.
"Su Luo, this game depends on you!" Hummels shouted passionately.
Su Luo smiled, fire in his eyes. "I won’t let you down."
Reus patted his shoulder. "Believe in yourself. Remember—we’re behind you all the way. You’re the best!"
Su Luo took a deep breath and locked his eyes on the opposition lining up across from him. He knew this wouldn’t be easy—Stuttgart were strong—but he was convinced he could overcome every challenge.
The referee blew the whistle. The game began!
The ball came to Su Luo’s feet, and he darted forward like a cheetah, weaving through defenders.
The Stuttgart goalkeeper rushed out nervously, but Su Luo feinted with a brilliant move—slipping past him with ease.
The atmosphere instantly turned electric. Teammates held their breath, fans screamed, the moment seemed to stretch.
Then—Su Luo struck.
The ball exploded from his foot like lightning and slammed into the back of the net.
"It’s in!!" Hummels roared, his voice drowned out by the thunder of cheers.
The whole team exploded with joy, arms raised high, sprinting toward Su Luo.
Su Luo stood tall on the pitch, confidence radiating from him. He knew this was just the start, but in his eyes burned the fire of victory.
When everyone saw his expression, their own belief soared—victory belonged to Dortmund tonight.
The players embraced. Su Luo, Reus, and Hummels hugged tightly, pride shining in their eyes.
"This is our championship!" Hummels declared loudly, and the rest of the team echoed in agreement.
Su Luo smiled and nodded. "It’s time to prove we’re champions."
He stared ahead. There would be more challenges to come, but they were ready for them.
Meanwhile, Stuttgart felt the sting of the blow. Falling behind left their morale shaken.
On the touchline, coach Bruno Labbadia barked instructions furiously. Captain Christian Gentner was substituted, replaced by a young player, in hopes of turning the tide.
