Chapter 987: Re-Evaluate Your Behavior On The Court

He ignored the efforts of his teammates and insisted on attacking alone, which ultimately led to failure.

Ji Kangxin firmly believed that Su Luo was no longer worthy of representing Dragon Country football.

A determination arose deep in his heart: Su Luo must be severely punished.

The conference room fell silent for a moment before Ji Kangxin slowly spoke:

"Based on Su Luo’s inappropriate behavior in recent matches and the negative impact it has had on the team… we have decided to punish him."

Everyone present understood that this decision was both correct and necessary.

From Ji Kangxin’s cold, serious eyes, they could see his unshakable determination to protect the interests of the team and the country.

Ji Kangxin continued,
"We will announce a fine against Su Luo and review his performance regularly. This is to make him realize his mistakes and use this as a lesson to reflect on his behavior on the pitch."

The atmosphere in the conference room grew even more tense. Everyone could feel the chairman’s harsh attitude.

No one dared to voice dissent or make a careless remark.

Finally, Ji Kangxin swept his eyes across the room and said indifferently:
"I hope everyone will support our decision to severely punish Su Luo. This is for the honor of Dragon Country football and the pride of the entire nation."

The room fell into silence again. One by one, the officials nodded, showing their agreement and support.

When the news of Ji Kangxin’s decision came out, the entire country was thrown into turmoil.

People gathered in public squares, discussing Su Luo’s ten-year suspension with shock and concern.

The streets were bustling, filled with countless anxious voices.

On a stage hung a large poster with bold letters:
“The Football Hero of Dragon Country Has Been Banned for Ten Years!”

It reflected the disappointment and heartbreak of the fans.

Many sports reporters gathered at the scene, eager to cover the breaking news. They clutched recorders and cameras, waiting to capture the reactions of the crowd.

Fans wearing Dragon Country jerseys raised their voices in protest.

"A ten-year ban is too harsh! Su Luo was just impulsive!"

One man shouted angrily:
"He doesn’t deserve such a punishment at all!"

Among the crowd stood Emily, quietly listening to the protests. She, too, wore the Dragon Country jersey.

As Su Luo’s girlfriend, she had been the first to hear about the ban. She shared the same pain and regret as the fans.

Suddenly, a sports reporter rushed over with a camera and asked eagerly,
"What do you think of Su Luo’s ten-year ban? As his girlfriend, you must be very disappointed, right?"

Emily paused for a moment, then answered calmly,
"I understand the Football Association’s decision to punish Su Luo. After all, he did show unprofessional behavior during the match. But I believe he will learn from this experience and come back stronger."

The reporters’ eyes widened, clearly surprised by her frankness.

"Don’t you really think a ten-year ban is too harsh?" another voice pressed.

"As a fan, and as someone close to him, of course I hope he can return as soon as possible," Emily said with a faint smile.
"But more importantly, I hope he can truly reflect on his mistakes, take them as lessons, and improve himself on the pitch—so that he can grow into a better player."
