Chapter 963: I Hope To Meet Your Needs To Ensure That You Stay In The Team

A middle-aged man from the coaching staff stepped forward:
"Su Luo, you are the core player and on-field leader of our team. Without you, we wouldn’t have achieved our current results, so we hope you will stay."

Hagen added:
"Yes, Su Luo, you’ve made a great contribution to the team over the past few years. Not only do you provide strong support during matches, you are also the soul of the team."

Su Luo felt the pressure on his shoulders gradually ease. Seeing everyone’s expectations, a glimmer of hope surged in his heart.

"Dortmund is willing to discuss contract and salary terms with you," one of the club’s board members said. "We hope we can meet your needs and ensure you remain with the team."

This news greatly excited Su Luo.

He knew the club truly wanted to keep him.

Although he was still struggling with whether to join Manchester United, deep down he was more inclined to stay where everyone cared about him.

"Thank you to the coaching staff and management for valuing me. I am honored to be a member of Dortmund and to contribute my strength to the team," Su Luo said with emotion. "I will carefully consider this proposal and make a decision as soon as possible."

The conference room was filled with an atmosphere of joy and relief.

Everyone agreed that as long as Su Luo was given the proper respect and treatment, keeping him would not be difficult.

After leaving the conference room, Su Luo headed to the Hohenbuschei training ground.

The sun shone brightly on the neat lawn, and he felt the warmth and support of home.

This was his base, and he had found his place here.

On the field, Robert and Hagen were already waiting for him.

Su Luo looked at the two of them, his eyes filled with determination.

As the core of the team, he knew it was his responsibility to bring more victories.

"Su Luo, today we’ll be running a tactical drill. We need your skills and vision to guide the whole team," Hagen said.

"I’ll give it my best," Su Luo replied.

He picked up the football, ran across the grass, passed it to Robert, then broke through Hagen.

Robert quickly returned the ball, and Su Luo controlled it smoothly before sending it to the wing just as Hagen attempted to intercept.

The whole sequence was fluid and precise, each move showcasing Su Luo’s excellent technique.

The sun reflected off his sweat-drenched face, his eyes sharp and focused.

Hagen and Robert exchanged a glance, pride swelling in their hearts.

"Su Luo, you really are a shining star," Robert praised.

"Yes, you’ve become someone admired both inside and outside the team," Hagen added.

Su Luo felt his chest swell with strength and confidence.

This was where he belonged. It wasn’t just the club that connected him here—it was also every single teammate by his side.

After training, Su Luo went to a café in the center of Dortmund, feeling pleasantly exhausted.

It was a place he and Emily often visited. Sunlight streamed through the windows, casting warmth across the wooden tables.

"Today’s training went really well. Everyone was full of energy," Su Luo said, gently rubbing his temples.

Emily smiled and nodded, resting her chin on her hands as she gazed at him.

"You’re the core and leader of the team. You’ve been constantly improving and growing. The future will only get brighter."

Listening to Emily’s words, Su Luo smiled with quiet confidence.
