In a high-end coffee shop in downtown Dortmund, Robert and Hagen were having an informal meeting with a fan representative.
They sat at a round table in a quiet, comfortable setting.
Both Robert and Hagen were eager for this meeting. They wanted to hear the fans’ voices and strengthen the bond between players and supporters.
The fan representative was a young, enthusiastic girl who walked into the café with a bright smile.
