Chapter 916: Accused Of Using Prohibited Drugs And Will Be Suspended For 6 Months

They stared at each other, immersed in one another’s warmth and love in the silent alley.

No matter what changes came, they were determined to support each other.

After a moment of silence, Su Luo finally spoke, his voice trembling slightly as he revealed his deepest doubt.
“Emily, I’m facing an important decision.”

“What decision?” Emily asked curiously.

Su Luo swallowed hard. He knew this question could change the course of their future.
“I’ve received offers from other clubs. The contracts they’re offering are much better,” he admitted honestly.

Emily didn’t answer right away. She thought quietly before speaking slowly:
“Su Luo, I understand this is a very important choice for you. No matter what decision you make, I will support you. I believe you have the ability to prove yourself in any environment.”

Su Luo felt Emily’s encouragement and support, and the uneasiness in his heart began to fade. He regained a sense of inner calm.
“Emily, thank you for your understanding. No matter what I choose, I want to create better opportunities for our future,” he said softly.

Emily smiled and squeezed his hand.
“We’ll face the challenges of the future together. No matter what happens, we’ll move forward side by side.”

They exchanged an affectionate glance, and the quiet alley was filled with love.

Later that evening, in a tavern near Borussia Dortmund’s stadium, Su Luo sat in a shadowed corner, nursing a cold beer. His heart was heavy with hesitation.

He had just received a letter from the German Football Association: he had been accused of using banned substances and would be suspended for six months.

Su Luo was stunned and deeply aggrieved. He could hardly believe he had been dragged into such a scandal. He prided himself on his professionalism and integrity, and he had never broken any rules. Yet now, a baseless accusation threatened to destroy him.

At that moment, two of his teammates, Robert and Hagen, entered the tavern. Noticing Su Luo’s troubled expression, they immediately walked over and sat beside him.

Robert spoke first. “Su Luo, I heard about the incident. I was shocked. It’s deeply unfair to you.”

Hagen nodded firmly. “Yes, Su Luo. We’ve always known you as a true athlete, someone who gives his all on the pitch.”

Su Luo looked up at his two teammates, his eyes reflecting both pain and gratitude.
“Thank you, Robert. Thank you, Hagen. This accusation is a huge blow to me, but knowing you’re standing by my side gives me strength.”

Robert patted him on the shoulder. “Of course, Su Luo. We’re family. No matter what happens, we’ll stand with you.”

Hagen added, his tone resolute: “We’ll defend you completely and make sure the truth comes out.”

Around them, the atmosphere in the tavern shifted. Fans had already heard the news and were discussing it heatedly. Disappointment and anger filled their voices.
“How can the German Football Association treat our core player like this?!” someone shouted furiously.

Su Luo could feel the wave of attention and support from his teammates and the fans. The suspension was a crushing blow—but he also realized he was not alone.
