Background Question
Added 2022-02-22 04:44:20 +0000 UTCHeyo, so I'm sitting here drawing tiddies and I got a quick question
Do ya'll want to see backgrounds or scenery behind the monthly character pictures? I'm pretty out of practice, but I feel they could also make things more immersive?

hmmm... it depends on what is your focus. If your focus is only on "giving people as much content as possible" then yea, adding backgrounds will take away time from that. But if you wish to maximize that and porn you might as well start drawing a pair of pelvises rubbing onto each other. It might be funny the first time, but it gets old fast. Adding environment not only gives more context to your character designs but could be used to showcase "fantasies" about the porn aspect of your business. Hang gliding sex? Rock climbing sex? how ridiculous/awesome/WTF/hey-that's-actually-nice can you make it it is all up to you and what you are doing with your characters. Your work consists entirely on "selling a fantasy" but if you laser focus your fantasy too much you ... cripple yourself because there is only so much you can do with "bodies alone" and sometimes... context is everything. If anything i suggest writing down random locations and roll a die to see where you can set this stuff on and then you start thinking on how that would be possible and what you can do with that environment. OBVIOUSLY it's a lot more work and the first times you do it it's going to take "too much time" but only practice makes stuff take less time. And "practicing fantasy" AKA "how do i justify link and zelda having sex in the caldera of a volcano and what poses can i use because the dice rolls gave me this scenario" is honestly a good way to both test yourself and have fun. These are my 2 cents. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ (´▽`ʃ♡ƪ)

2022-02-23 14:04:10 +0000 UTCPrimary concern is amount of work. I certainly need to work on getting better at my backgrounds, but as is, it would be quite a bit more work for me, so I'm curious how much it adds
