yay! love gravity falls its one of those shows I feel anybody of any age can really enjoy. Mystery Inc. on netflix is another really fun mystery animated show which is a scooby doo series done super well. You should take a look at it if you want! the mystery vibe is so unmatched in that show

I think I may name my daughter Mabel as well no family ties to the name I just really enjoy the character shes so sweet and carefree! Reminds me of that innocence we all have before the world gets its hands on us! That is what makes a show like this so great! It reminds me of how I use to perceive things. The good ole simpler times!!

If I ever had another daughter I’d name her Mabel, I don’t care if it sounds like a fat old lady’s name 😅 my great grandma was named Mable and she didn’t take shit from anyone, I have her old letters to my great uncle from the 50s. Half of her letters are inventory of the fish she caught, the other half is talking trash about greedy family members and people who don’t vaccinate (the polio vax came out around that time and after her husband died of a heart attack she became a secretary for the local chapter of a childhood paralysis support organization. Which seemingly was very needed in the time period. And she talked at length about how she felt about the vaccine and those who wouldn’t get it for their children, even though they hadn’t had any new paralysis cases in children who had been vaxxed, wild history eh? Great-gma Mable was a boss)
