I watched this. It's very well done. Yes, hard to watch at times.

Have you watched the original "Criminal Minds"? It seems like it would be right up your alley.
Wendy has to be careful. If she is found out at work, she would more than likely suffer some kind of retribution for just being herself. Different world. ✌️💖

Big fan of her in Fringe. I agree with Taco, she’s just got a presence and the camera loves her.

Have you ever watched Fringe? A bit mind-bendy sci-go with fantastic early Anna Torv, and notable performances from John Noble (Lord Denethor, steward of Rohan in LOTR) and Joshua Jackson also. Might be a fun series to add to the reaction list in the future.

She was the best part of that show! Really missed her presence when she left.

The documentary on Atlanta child murders is on HBO/MAX and it's called "Atlanta's Missing and Murdered: The Lost Children" -- difficult viewing but a well done documentary.

You missed the conclusion of the cat storyline, btw. It was in episode 1x9 when she dropped the can of tuna that was full of ants (26:36 of your reaction). The show leaves it open to interpretation, but Fincher explained to Anna Torv that the implication is the cat died and there might be a child in the building or neighborhood who killed it. In the next episode, Kemper says that even his cat didn't want to interact with him because of what he was. Many killers start with animals.

It's pretty ambiguous, and with everything that happened in episodes 9 and 10, ants in a can of tuna is weird but not the only question we walk away with.

Also shout out to Sierra McClain (Tanya), who is incredible in 911 Lonestar. I was super shocked to see her here. My god, she can ACT.

Wendy fighting for her life trying to get Holden to follow questionnaire.
I’ve got some things to say about the Atlanta Child Murders but it’s been awhile since I’ve seen this season so I’m 🤐 in case there’s spoilers. But the line “To find connections, we unfortunately have to wait for more bodies” is diabolical with how many victims there were.

Really enjoyed this reaction. I agree on how the writers handled the black characters and story line of the missing/murdered children. I either watched a doc or listened to a pod about the Atlanta child murders. 😭 And I really like the investigator paired with Holden, too. I can't remember his name off the top of my head. He is observant and intuitive. He sat and listened but had also done his due diligence studying the info ahead of time. Once he spoke up, he drove the interviews. I liked seeing that unexpected turn. He is GOOD.
You have me really excited that "The Newsreader" is coming! Did you decide to do it first or to do "Andor" first?
