I'm wondering about Max, too, as she is only seen once in the trailer with Lucas holding her in his arms in the elevator. Very little Steve as well. I am also thinking there's a chance Will could sacrifice himself in some way to bring down Vecna.

I want to rewatch all the seasons before this final one comes out because I feel like it’ll be a culmination of things from those seasons (like 1-3) that even I’ve forgotten, but season 4, MAN, that one I remember like it was yesterday. I think the “who is Vecna/001/Henry” plot reveal is something I could watch a thousand times over.

Here's what I've found: Volume I airs on Thanksgiving 8 PM ET: Chapter One: "The Crawl" (1 hour and 8 minutes) Chapter Two: "The Vanishing of Holly Wheeler" (54 minutes) Chapter Three: "The Turnbow Trap" (1 hour and 6 minutes) Chapter Four: "Sorcerer" (1 hour and 23 minutes) Volume 2 releases on Christmas Day 8 PM ET: Chapter Five: "Shock Jock" Chapter Six: "Escape From Camazotz" Chapter Seven: "The Bridge" Volume 3 releases New Year's Eve 8 PM ET: Chapter Eight: "The Rightside Up" (Forbes article says, "This also means that the three episodes in Volume 2 will be under 1 hour and 23 minutes, since the Duffer Brothers have previously stated that episodes 4 and 8 are the longest."
