I snitched on my former employer more times than I can remember. I work with Alzheimer & dementia patients and when I see them being neglected or abused I'm not only legally required to report it, but I do so gladly. Not necessarily taking Greg's side here, but everyone has their own POV. Holden got that principal fired with no proof that he had crossed a line or that he for a fact would cross one. I know the lines are different now, but for the times, Holden snitched him out. Again, POV ✌️💖

I think this is why Wendy specifically questioned him about his beliefs, but also, she'd also expect Holden to actually be slightly professional... Holden is trying to bloody push it, he's going to fuck it all up. I just cringe watching this waiting for it all to fall apart. 🫣 Let's not get started on his relationship with his girl - his analytical nature and lack of understanding of social delicacy put's him in this situation. I remember watching this series for the first time and within about 30mins I thought Holden was autistic with his mannerisms and the way he interacts with others. This puts him at a natural disadvantage when he tries to build relationships and where he understand others reactions to him and what might or might not be acceptable to them. I always feel a little sad for him, but also, jesus man, learn!

Since this show is also peak, I can see how it enhances your immersion in it and definitely takes the reaction to another level. :) Ed Kemper, IRL, was like 6'9". Insane.
