I always love this series just because it shows you the challenge of making change is something as complex and traditional is a slog and you have to jump through so many hoops. This is why any kind of medicine or mental health support takes so long to make any headway because the system is always skeptical and the burden of proof of concept is always on those trying to make change. People is the current system are 'if it ain't broke don't fix it' which leads to poorer outcomes for everyone.

If you think about it he wasn’t necessary for plot/story. But he represents the community that’s confused and concerned. He brings the boys back time again and we want them to help him. We want justice not only for the victim but the people left behind.

It's called "Mastermind:To Think Like a Killer,' and it's fantastic. (I use my brother's Hulu account, so I don't pay for it. I know right now that's one of the streaming services some of us may wish to boycott.)
