*HEALTH UPDATE*
Added 2025-09-01 14:58:17 +0000 UTCI am not on a break. I am however suffering with a nagging case of tension headaches / tech neck so it has been a bit rough trying to record these past few days. If anyone is familiar with the condition is causes a lot of weakness in the neck during prolonged sitting ( especially at a desk and when you are trying to sleep at night) I have these huge knots in the back of my neck as well that were making it pretty difficult to turn. With all that said I think I this flare up has for the most part run it course and I will be trying to pick the release pattern back up. I apologies for the inconvenience gang. Please keep in my mind I am a 100% disabled verteran who has had A LOT of ticky tack bumps and bruises along this journey called life lol, sometimes I really have to address my health. Again I do appreciate your patience.

I use a brilliant sports physio in my area who has helped me track down incredibly skilled providers across the country that he knows and trusts through his professional network, to refer folks with complex chronic issues like you have. I was a trauma-informed personal trainer for nearly 20 years and worked closely with him for in person clients, and have referred about a dozen folks online to local-to-them providers who have been able to provide relief and assistance. I’ve seen my guy work practical miracles for folks with very difficult situations (including myself), and would be happy to help find a referral if you’d like. No worries if not—I wish I could just make an appointment with him for you, but I suppose you’re not near Sacramento , CA 😅. I hope you take all the time you need—we’re here whenever you’re ready, and would never want you to harm yourself! 💕✨

2025-09-01 16:59:00 +0000 UTCMake sure you get some extra sleep, if you can (although that sounds tricky if sleep actually hurts? Yikes, what a catch 22!). Generally, sleep helps boost good brain chemicals, the lack of which can exacerbate head/neck aches. It must be hard to fix this when sleep is painful?! 🙏❤😇. She has a desk job and sitting at a computer 8-10 hours a day. She finally found a massage therapist who specializes in deep tissue massage and myofascial release therapy. The combination of slow, deep pressure and strokes to break up muscle knots and adhesions were a game changer for her. She started out going weekly for a month and now goes every 3-4 weeks. I do know that her health insurance covered a certain amount of visits per year when her physician wrote a prescription order for the therapy.
