What kills me is that WillStina does what Leti failed to do back in Episode 3, and what’s implied has been the pattern throughout their whole lives: just tell Ruby the truth. No half-steps, no sugarcoating, just honesty. Christina is so Lestat, and Armand coded it’s actually wild. And look, people are right to be on Leti and Tic’s side narratively, but when you zoom in on Ruby? They’ve done nothing to earn HER trust. ( Ruby is trustworthy and loyal, she was the 1st to offer info when asked problem is that they have been shown to be the same to her; the same thought of "don't tell her" is exactly how Christina is even able to be in the picture) Leti straight-up lied to her face, then got swallowed into Tic’s world without ever checking back on her. To be fair, the show has already established in earlier episodes that Ruby has always been the one to look out for Leti, not the other way around. The only times Leti shows up at Ruby’s door, it’s because she needs money or a place to crash. So honestly, WillStina doesn’t have to “manipulate” Ruby in some elaborate way. All Christina has to do is the one thing Leti never did: Show Up. Sidenote: I love this episode. I cry every speech Hippolyta gives, I mouth the words and still feel the same tightness in my chest it's beautiful. Detail: The black woman Motorist Hippolyta drives alongside is actually a real person named Bessie Stringfield, the First Black Woman to ride across the US solo by motorcycle

Lol If you want a good break down of each episode the ones that are the best are "Heavy Spoiler" & "Think story" cuz I know there's parts that you're not getting or missing but I don't want to spoil it either for you either or say too much. When it it first came out I noticed by episode 5 I was missing something so I went to the breakdown, sure enough there were little things & details that I knew had meaning but didn't know exactly

I think the important thing is to realize that you have that in you, even if it never came to fruition. You chose something else, or something else chose you, but the person who is capable of those things still exists and as long as you’re alive you can move towards being that person you want to be. I’m so happy for your mom, she sacrificed to get what she wanted (you happy and healthy) and now she has the opportunity to chase those other parts of herself that have been waiting for their chance to blossom.
