I have a healthcare practitioner background and although my position did not take me into the ER, it did take me into the ICU and NICU as well as Behavior Health Wards. So I do understand the flashback aspect. So far I feel it gives a more realistic viewpoint than many of the more "soapy" medical shows on TV. It still has wonderful character development too, but does not dwell on it. I will definitely enjoy a repeat watch of it along with you.
