I remember reading the book first and at the end I was bawling my eyes out so hard that my dad came in to my room and asked what was wrong and all I could sob was "It's so saahaahaad!". He just said "Ok?" And left very confused. Then later we watched the movie together and boy did my dad bawl just as much as I did with the book ๐ฅน If you don't cry while watching this, you have no feelings whatsoever. Thank you for sharing your experience!

Stephen King is extremely talented, and is hit-or-miss with me, but this was a beautifully written story, and the film adaptation did it such justice.
