first time i recognize the ceasar as the first dumbledore. Man he would have made such powerful moments in the later HP movies if he hadn't died prematurely. RIP Richard Harris

Thank you for sharing your reactions. When I find someone genuine, like yourself, it's the closest I get to seeing movies again like it's for the first time. Here are some recommendations. The Last Samurai, Mad Max: Fury Road, Shawshank Redemption, The Green Mile, The Boondock Saints and Puss in boots: the last wish (that last one was easily my favorite movie of 2022 :)

Thanks for sharing! I had a blast watching along. Already looking forward to whatever comes next.
Have you seen "Nope"? I just saw its on Amazon Prime, I personally thought it was a banger.
Some classics: The Last Samurai like Alie mentioned (also has a Hans Zimmer score), Dances With Wolves, Shawshank Redemption, Forrest Gump, The Green Mile, The Count of Monte Cristo, V for Vendetta.
Newer stuff: Interstellar, Ex Machina, Nope, Us, Get Out, The Martian, Inception.
If you like series, Chernobyl is incredible and short, from the creator of The Last of Us. Highly recommend.
Since you enjoyed the score, here's Hans Zimmer at Coachella: (https://vimeo.com/256140330)
I think you'd like it.
Not sure how many you've seen, also not sure how many can compete with Gladiator haha, great movie.

Fortunately I managed to finish my watching before it went down the first time! Thanks again for the reaction :)
There were a few recommendations in the comments previously. Mine were Master and Commander, Kingdom of Heaven (Directors Cut), The Shawshank Redemption, The Last Samurai, The Martian, The Fugitive, Contact and Galaxy Quest. Some have familiar actors, some have the same director as Gladiator and the last one is just for some levity!
