The Priority Request List is up!

Hi Patrons!

I've created your priority request list. When you request a song for this list, I'll add it here, so that you can always see where your request is in the que, and know around when you can expect your video.

As always, thank you for your Patronage!!

Best,

BennyTheBassman

Hey Duncan! Welcome. I sent you a message which you should be able to see under "messages" in the top left. It explains that I've added you to the dropbox folder which has all the PDFs etc - were you able to get all of those? And haha yeah I can relate to that feeling! A drummer who's maybe had one too many coffees before the gig... I'd never heard that tune before! I agree that it's a great summation of Jaco. A lot of the riffs that he was well-known for, and the groove...and the tendency to overplay and outshine the musicians around him.. I've added it to the priority request list! Thank you. Any other questions please feel free to ask me here, or in a private message if you like.

Hi Benny, just joined so not to sure how things work yet. It is so great to have notation for the bass parts on your site. I played for my living for nearly 18 years and had to read at that time. Now nearing 60 years I've got the bug again and so recognise a lot of your transcriptions. Spain especially brings back memories especially if the drummer was a bit hyper and counted in too fast on the gig! Can I make a song request? It's most likely the last recording Jaco made before his sad death, or one of the last. It is "No Slack" from the album Jazz Street with Brian Melvin. For me this is pure Pastorious and is a great introduction to the Maestro for Any players not familiar with him, if there are any. Onca again Thanks for a great Tuition site. Hey Roberto!! Welcome, and thanks again. I just sent you a message about that. Yes generally private messages for the requests are best just for me to keep things organized - and we can talk out any other questions/comments you have there too. But if you have anything that's more suited for the public then of course you're welcome to post anywhere here as well :)

Hi, Benny! I’ve just started and don’t know how to request a song. Private message? Just putting here as a comment? Cheers.
