Discord Update

Just wanted to let everyone else know who are not already in the Discord:
Patreon has a feature where you can link your Discord account and it will automatically add you to the Discord with your respective role.
I originally had an invite link for Discord but I realized it was very hard to manage this and hard to determine who is who. I'd rather have the bot manage this.
As a result, I removed the invite link and some people who are in the Discord may have been removed. If you have been removed, please simply just link your Discord to your Patreon.
