This is so speaking my language. Like the Janitor Ronald Reed who just picks good companies with good dividends and just reinvested and held on. You have to watch out for traps etc when you pick companies etc. But I totally agree with the psychological part, the stock or fund goes down I don't care I get more stock and that will earn me more in the future.
I would be interested in the YLD funds video. I have a smaller position in it simply because I like the dividend nothing more. That's said in no shape or forum would I ever put 50 or 80 percent of my portfolio into those I've done my research and I would never do that. I think a good part of the video would be when to use those funds. They are a tool like anything else and there is good times to use long nose pliers and other times not.
