Latest News (to be detailed in upcoming posts)

Hi, everyone, I am so sorry for not posting new things on Patreon lately, this has been constantly on my mind, but I couldn't find the time due to all the developments in my professional life in the last couple of months.

Here's a summary of things that happened (with extra info compared to a similar facebook post I made), but also expect a series of Patreon posts one after another (sorry for that) detailing some of these and offering you exclusive insights and perks where applicable:

- releasing Be My Cat on DVD & Signed DVD in two versions (if you support me on Patreon & also ordered a Signed DVD  for a Thanks credit, you will have your credit received via Patreon upgraded, I'll let you know more in a separate post)

- judging the World Monologue Games (first international competition for actors)

- cult distributor TetroVideo releasing a special limited DVD of Be My Cat with Anne Hathaway on the cover (I'll share with you the final poster they made very soon)

- being invited to multiple podcasts & interviews, including on The Rotating Chair together with co-writer of Shudder horror hit "Host", Jed Shepherd. Here you have the full list of podcasts with links, if curious: adriantofei.com/interviews

- having a cool idea & starting pre-production for a horror short film called Source of Evil (if you support me on Patreon you'll get a private link to watch the film for free after release - more info soon)

- Be My Cat being called a cult film by fans & film professionals and constantly growing in popularity, being also recommended by top YouTubers Mista GG & Some Ordinary Gamers 

- making new connections in the industry which hopefully means you'll soon see me acting in other people's productions and/or directing bigger films

- submitting a film project to Imagine Impact Netflix together with my lovely wife & creative partner Duru Yücel-Țofei (wish us luck!)

Plus a new cool thing which just came a couple of days ago and I'll let you know in a private post for patrons only very soon!

Thank you so much for all your support all this period! Although all these accomplishments make me look like a financially successful filmmaker as well, the truth is that very little money came only from DVD sales, a fraction of what's needed to survive as an indie filmmaker. Your support is essential!
