Soft Update - August 3rd: Slowly Returning To Work

Physical Therapy is starting to show its results, I'm going to try and slowly return to work as the week continues.
My (possibly) last Physical Therapy appointment will be next week.
I have lots to catch up on so I'll be providing a more detailed update in the coming days.
