The scores are always relative to those other homes. So if you're getting a 12, that means 88% of those 17 other homes have a better score than you.

Very cool. One additional thing I think would be nice. If we could see the average score across the homes compared in the three categories. That way we could see how far we are off or above the average score. For instance, my heat score is a 12 compared to 17 other homes. But is that average for my area or is my home horribly deficient? Or am I thinking of these scores in an incorrect context?
