Dolly Parton loves us! ... and other updates

Hello Patrons new and old! We've been quiet for some time but I felt that today was as good a day as any to catch everyone up on all things good with Love Raptor, especially since there are a few new faces here since our last post.

First of all: Thank you to every last one of you for your continued patronage and support. It really means the world to us and we appreciate it like crazy.

Next, as you can see in the link attached to this post, Dolly Freakin' Parton watched (AND LOVED) our cover of 9 to 5 (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A7yzWedB88w). It was a completely surreal experience watching Dolly react to us. She's a true gem and incredible human. Go check out the video if you haven't already! We're the first group she watches! Big thanks to the whole team at Glamour and Conde Nast for having us involved

Today we also released our cover of Fleetwood Mac's Dreams (with a little Eurhythmics for good measure) that'll be included as a download for all patrons in a separate post. There's so much more to come! The year is far from over and we've got so much more music to share with you.

Thanks again for your continued patience too. When we set out to do weekly videos two years ago we got into a flow where we only used a single camera and were able to record, mix and put the video content together very quickly. Now, due to social distancing measures we have to resort to a multi-cam setup and although some might argue that production value has gone up, the time and energy it takes to put together a video has increased many times over and the post production (mixing, mastering, color correcting and video editing) are all still a one-man operation. I guess what I'm trying to say is: thank you for your patience and understanding. We will continue to bring you great content and that's a promise.
