getUpdates or WebHook?

There are plus sides to running a bot on either, so the progress update I have for you all is that I am working on setting things up to allow you to switch between either of these two modes when ever you wish.
I do strongly recommend reading the documentation I have setup for actually using WebHook mode before turning it on. (When Group Guardian Launches of course.)
Config loading is now completely done.
The basic layouts of all the methods are done.
Webhook and getUpdates work in a very limited capacity.
Next up, cleaning and finishing up Wehook code.
