I am currently in the middle of creating a Plugin for Group Guardian that will give Group Owners the ability to create and manage "Gateway" Groups.
A Gateway group is a way to "Screen" your users before you allow them entry into your main chat. At this time, we are all doing this by hand, which involves a lot of clicking and twice as much tapping if you're on a mobile device.
This plugin will take most if not all the work of maintaining a Gateway group away from you and your admins.
