The 110's drivetrain receives a vital new component!
Added 2021-04-07 21:30:26 +0000 UTCFresh in from Sweden is the new flywheel we're using from Tenaci Motorsports. We already had a flywheel but it wasn't quite suitable for use with the BMW 'box so I decided to go all out on this fancy unit.
There aren't many readily-available options for flywheels for this application but Tenaci stand out as one of the best and are used by Formula Drift driver Fredric Aasbø.
The replaceable centre disc bolts in and we can use our Sachs SRE765 clutch cover. Overall a cool bit of kit and not excessively light (around 10kg) which is good.
Further updates to come, the gearbox will be done this month!
