After my experience with the original Outbreak, I wasn't looking forward to this video all that much, but I was very pleasantly surprised by just how much File #2 improves on the original and actually made me start to fall in love with the formula that Capcom had created with these games. I initially didn't even think File #2 would even warrant its own video in the series, but here we are with a full-length video of meaningful improvements and discussion points, so I guess I've gone ahead and proven myself very wrong π
