I am really glad that you discovered it for yourself. I feel like through my own personal experience I will help you to find ways to heal your gut. Healthcare is my main domain in life. The more I know about conventional medicine the more I am turning into holistic healing. I would not underestimate the power of your own healing through simple everyday practices. So, lets talk about digestion. The digestion process starts in your mouth where simple sugars are broken down. It is very important to chew slowly, don't talk while eating as then you swallow the air which contributes to accumulating gas. Then, food quickly travels through the oesophagus into the stomach. The stomach acid helps denature proteins and also kills bacteria on the food you eat. If your stomach pH is too alkalnie some off the food will go into your small intestine undigested. The small intestine carries out further digestion, absorbing almost all of the nutrients you get from foods into your bloodstream. There are two 'computer modes' for the intestine. These are 'eating mode' and 'cleaning mode'. When you are eating, the bowel is bathed in all the food you eat and the bowel is busy mixing, spreading and absorbing the food. When you are not eating, the bowel needs to clean up. This is most important in the small intestine where food is absorbed. In the small intestine, every 90 minutes, there is a strong repetitive and moving wave that is called 'housekeeper wave'. It is responsible for cleaning the small bowel pushing all the leftover non-digestible material into the colon so that the next time you eat your small bowel will be clean and ready. Not all food can be processed by humans. Whatever you cannot digest goes to the bacteria of the gut. They will eat part of it. When they do, they produce gas. Sugars easy for humans to digest are sucrose, glucose. More difficult to digest fructose (fruit sugar), lactose (milk sugar). Sugars that humans cannot digest are sucralose, sorbitol, xylitol, lactulose, lactitol. The human bowel has more bacterial cells than even the number of human cells in our body. Almost all of these bacteria are in the colon or large intestine. The reason for this is the colon is the slowest area. The slower the bowel, the easier it is for bacteria to grow and establish. On the other hand, the small intestine normally has a low number of bacteria. This is because of stomach acid, pancreas and bile juices, the faster movement of the small bowel but most importantly the cleaning waves. Bacteria overgrowth (SIBO) is not an infection. It is not 'bad' bacteria. It is simply the situation of having too many bacteria of the normal kind in the small intestine. They don't belong there in high numbers. It is important to understand that not only what you eat will play the role in your digestion process. How you eat and what you think about your food is equally important. This is my recommendation for you. Prescription for Leo: Things to do: 1.Love your gut. Your body is your friend. Meditate/contemplate before you eat sth, look at the food and think how it will nourish your body and give you all the energy that you desire, visualize yourself jumping up to the roof or lifting up the car or anything that puts a smile on your face;). I have just ordered heart-shaped plates to remind me how much I love my food. 2. Eat slowly, no distractions, no talking. 3. Do intermittent fasting. Ideally eat twice a day, I do three times a day. No snacking. Leave at least 4h between meals and 14-16h after your last meal and before your first meal. If you feel hungry just drink plenty. When your insulin level stabilizes you won't feel hungry as much. Fasting will allow 'cleaning process' to take place. 4. Stick to low FODMAP diet for 6-8 weeks then gradually add foods one at a time. 5. Increase your stomach acid and bile production. Drink apple cider vinegar before food or take Betaine HCL. 6. Be kind to yourself. 7. Place hot water bottle on your gut area when you comfortable in your bed, before you fall asleep send more love to your gut. Do this first thing in the morning as well. 8. Watch all the episodes on SIBO on Dr. Berg's channel on youtube. eg. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PjmBV2SqY8k He is not a 'real doctor' and that is the whole point. I call him 'wizard of medicine' :) And now things to avoid: Antibiotics, probiotics. If you can stop all your hundred supplements and psychodelic drug use for some time. You have to remember that all external substances will be metabolized by your liver. From all the organs liver has the greatest power to regenerate, so you can come back to it after a while. Your liver also takes part in producing bile. Very important in digestion process. As I am writing this I feel sooo much love for you, Leo. I wish you all the very best of health.

I found You by “coincidence” in 2017, when I was looking for answers to strange jealousy I felt without a reason and had ever felt before. I found more than I could ever image. You go deep into the issues and deliver it to us instead of making five-minute videos, which might give you the same financial benefits. At the same time you have the courage to say radical things directly. Of course this is polarizing and somehow marketing your material, but for me it's the best way to teach. And maybe there is no marketing intention behind it. For example, I never wanted to behave the way other people expect me to, just to let myself be strengthened in their faith. And you communicate it on a factual level anyway. I really think you're a genius or something and by far the most inspiring person I've ever seen.

I know all these comments are me. I know you’re me. I know there is no real me, or whatever we want to call that thing, but I’m sitting here, talking anyway. I usually do this out loud, with myself literally or to my wife, or anyone else, but I always genuinely feel like I’m talking to myself no matter what, when I’m reading a book, I am every character. I know I wrote the book. I feel this way now, and I do everyday actually since almost a year. I catch myself all the time, and then I find myself catching my ego, Antonio, through another ego, such as Leo or my wife or whoever else there is it all. I know I made the internet and this smartphone and all these breadcrumbs for myself. The words, like you always say, make it hard to communicate this in words, which also makes it hard to even think about, you just have to realize it. Over and over again. I’m literally writing this, as I learn about myself and everything, as a note to self. It really amazes me. The amount of diversity and I have. I know that I am the ego Leo talking to myself. The difference between knowing something and realizing something, I wish we had more words in English. Maybe you, Leo, have more words for that in Russian. I ask because in Spanish there is two words for “to know” and they are different. Saber and Conocer have distinct definitions regularly used in Spanish, but in English it’s harder to use the term “know” because it’s more ambiguos than the Spanish translations. Regardless of all that, thanks. To myself/everyone. It’s hard sometimes. I’ve noticed the other egos and my own usually don’t like all this talk. Even in philosophy at the University here. I notice a lot of analogies in egos or identities or our sense of self and a virtual machine. Like the Qubes OS. I compartmentalize myself, like Qubes OS does with with virtual machines inside the one machine. It’s all the same. Everything feels the same. At this moment. But I don’t like that permanently. It’s hard to be everyone. That’s easy to see, at least now. It’s boring otherwise. Long-term boredom, much worse than pain. So of course I created this. Can’t be bored for eternity. And I’m not saying that boredom is the reason here. But I am wondering, is there anything better I could be doing? What is even better when there isn’t anything to do, besides everything. The infinite circle here gets me contemplating a lot. Even to the point that this here just goes on forever I don’t even notice most the time. I like it when I do, sometimes. It depends on the ego or person or whatever. I like this one I’m with for now so far, didn’t used to, until I realized I’m all there is so I better get over it and learn to accept that. I, Antonio, but my wife is having a hard time, which also includes myself. This comment is long because language requires it to be. At least this in this English language I’m using it is long, as it would be long for most languages that I am aware of anyway. I wonder how many notes I leave to myself, I notice them everyday, all the time, it’s consistent, so now I, Antonio, am leaving a direct note to myself. It’s how I feel about Actualized.org, with the Leo ego creating this thing. Like in just talking myself. And I feel that way quite particularly with Actualized.org. It’s been the most easily agreeable and enjoyable videos of this ego. Anyone else, it takes some time. I think about this a lot though, why is it more easy for this ego? And of course I’ll say it’s the ridiculous life that I’ve lived so far, so much suffering and boredom and pain. It continues to be. But the realizations make a big difference. It’s very obvious to me now how it is, this thing, that life is, and I see my life, and how it goes, I’m talking about the this ego Antonio’s life, writing currently, and it’s only been 27-years alive. You’re doing a good job, Leo, with actualized thing so far. Antonio really dropped the ball on his, but of course most people do, and my life was spreading a lot of extreme selfishness. Leo, the psychedelics help. It’s the best help for the masses in my opinion because it’s very hard to learn from your experiences to a better potential without them. But you can’t recommend to another ego to get imprisoned for years, to get tortured, to get shot, essentially really to just be completely traumatized, and then fully recover from that. The psychedelics, I’m talking the really strong ones in particular, in my opinion is comparable to extreme traumas, but only to the ego. That’s the interesting thing. It makes it easier to live with myself for sure. Like myself more. And I’m talking egos in general here, but at the same time, I’m not awake till everyone is. I wonder how long this takes. Like cycles of billions of years. I wonder if I’ll just collapse on myself or what. My ego gets worried when I collapse it. But on it goes. We’ll see how it goes. I wonder a lot. About what’s next. About right now. About the difference between the two. It’s confusing I’m mostly just explain to this to my own ego right now, like I usually do out loud or sometimes in my own notes, but I wanted to reach out more now. Drop a note. So much thinking to do. I want to figure out how to get rid of working so damn much. Not this ego, but all you other ones. That’s a significant barrier to awakening. Crazy. It’s like I try to literally attack myself with other egos sometimes just by writing this. Good thing I was writing it. I hope? We’ll see. It gets serious for the egos here in this perspective

If i dont stop this movements i can hold my breath much longer but i dont know whats the correct way of doing it. Ty and good luck to all of you with your practice
