(This is background information to visualize the commission better) Patchouli is playing a "game" with Koakuma. There is a spinner wheel with 2 pictures for options: a flower potion and a super deadly skunk potion (has skull marks all over it and a black and white tail). The flower potion takes up most of the wheel (75% or more.). The remaining small part on the wheel is the super deadly skunk potion option.
