Got a lot to catch up on Patreon... It's a good way to start haha A diverse yet telling list; it's often our first musical encounters that forge us for the rest of our lives, no matter how "far" they seem from what we are now. The brilliance of progressive-thinking musicians is in their ability to appreciate other genres of music and not be pigeon-holed in METAL! As Mikael Akerfeldt always points out, he draws inspirations from the likes of legendary ABBA when writing music. You barely see such openness among for instance thrash metal musicians, they are stuck in linear repetitive music of their own subgenre! So, your vast array of influences is what makes it adorable mate! 3. In the future, could you guys please share your top 10 favorite live performances?
