This channel is officially my favorite channel on YouTube, and I’m so glad y’all are giving the whole food subject some dedicated attention! I’ve been wondering from the start, though — what convinced you that it was worth making a brand new channel? Compared to, say, putting these videos on MinuteEarth, like the fruit-ripening video?
