Hi everyone! 👋
On Friday 8th November, we are hosting the first AI and Games Conference in London! This is the first event dedicated to Game AI in Europe since 2017, built with the goal to allow for networking, knowledge exchange and supporting the Game AI community! 🎮
The event is in partnership with Tommy Thompson, who runs the popular YouTube channel AI and Games, with over 210K subscribers. Many other good folks have been involved in the organisation, including people from Creative Assembly, Ubisoft and Splash Damage.
This is not the only AI-related project I've been working on behind the curtains. If you follow me on Twitter, you know that I've spent the last year recording a Game AI course which teaches everything you need to know about classical AI in modern videogames.

The course consists of 12 lectures, covering topics from Behaviour Trees to Neural Networks, all through the lens of video game development.

Compared to a lot of online content I have seen, this takes the shape of a proper academic course, with plenty of theory to make sure you can not just use existing AI tools, but create your own.

The course has already been recorded, and I'm almost done with the video editing. So please, keep and eye on this page because I will share more about this very soon!
I also want to thank you deeply for your support during the past year. Creating so much high-quality content takes a massive amount of work, and none of this would have been possible without your support! ❤️
As always, thank you for your support and I hope to see some of you at the AI and Games Conference in November!
