Best gen of games (platinum, heartgold, soulsilver), best starters, best champion, and best when it comes to pokemon story and lore. Chimchar arc in the anime was π₯

The usage of shit like unalive and grape as substitutes for real shit i think makes those conversations sound so more childish. As much as we don't like things like that, they are unfortunate realities in our world, and trying to sanitize speech around them i feel is only going to make us more numb to how atrocious those acts are - i don't necessarily think Evangelion is a bad anime, but i definitely hate some of the characters. Shinji and asuka are some of the most insufferable characters I've ever experienced in anime, personally. Idk if that is a hot take in and of itself or not π - I've legit never understood why people looooved drake for so long. I always felt like he sounded pretty much the same in everything I ever heard. Maybe it's just a preference thing, but he's always been mid at best to me haha (side bar: logic making diet Kendrick music is diabolical π€£ i can't comment one way or the other, but that's fucking hilarious) - also, touching on the big 3 thing, dbz walked so the big 3 could run. There is no big 3 without dbz and I feel like a lot of people forget that - hard agreement with 100hourreview. I hated how the tenkaichis played compared to OG budokai. I'm also just not a fighting game person, so maybe that's why I liked the simpler system better π - since I'm a recent member of gen 3, can I be the gen 4 ambassador? π€£ - chrono trigger i think got unfortunately outshined by FFVII due to its popularity at the time. I think it's pretty unfair to compare them. And as a dbz fan, I'm definitely biased toward chrono triggers artstyle at the very least - the first game that comes to mind where the sequel is wildly different from the predecessor is going from Jak & Daxter to Jak 2 haha
